Application fee: None Responsibilities of Higher Ground International • Finding/recruiting talented disc jockeys; • Keeping up to date and accurate statistics/demographics; • Providing the best in quality service to members; • Collecting reports and sending them to the record labels; • Delivering music to jocks; • Assigning hosting jobs when and if necessary; • Holding meeting over the net, local and workshops. Responsibility of the deejay: • Review all Music; • Provide Feedback; • Compile monthly playlists; • Break music; • Providing pool director with monthly itinerary of hosting events; • Attending web & local meetings; National workshops (if possible). • Subscribe to two or more trade magazines – Music educational/trade, entrepreneur (ex. Gospel Industry Today, Black Enterprise, Mobile Beat, DJ Times, Scratch, etc) Servicing: Downloadable MP3, Wave, M4A, AVI, WMV, MOV, MP4 Membership extended to the following deejays: Mobile, Club, College Radio, Mix Show and Commercial Radio.
