Responsibilities of Higher Ground International
• Finding/recruiting talented disc jockeys;
• Keeping up to date and accurate statistics/demographics;
• Providing the best in quality service to members;
• Collecting reports and sending them to the record labels;
• Delivering music to jocks;
• Assigning hosting jobs when and if necessary;
• Holding meeting over the net and local workshops;
Responsibility of the deejay:
• Review all Music
• Provide Feedback
• Compile monthly play list
• Break music
• Providing pool director with monthly itinerary of hosting events;
• Attending web meeting and local (if possible) workshops.
• Subscribe to two or more trade magazines – Music educational/trade,
entrepreneur (ex. Gospel Industry Today, Black Enterprise, Mobile, Beat, DJ
Times, etc)
